Prepare your high school diploma and transcripts, passport, language certificates, medical certificate, and other required documents. All documents should be apostille-certified with translations into Azerbaijani or English.
Submit your application through the university's online portal or through our team. Our team can assist you in completing the application form and submitting your documents.
After a successful application, the university will send your official acceptance letter within a few days to a few weeks. This letter is required for the student visa application.
Once you have your acceptance letter, apply for a student visa at the Azerbaijani embassy or consulate in your country, or through the e-visa system (e-visa.gov.az).
Once you have your visa and have arranged your travel, come to Azerbaijan. The university typically assists foreign students with registration and settling into campus.
The Azerbaijani student visa application can be made after receiving your acceptance letter from the university. The process typically takes 5-15 business days.
